WHERE
Cal Cirera is a farmhouse located in the municipality of Casserres, in Berguedà. A very quiet place, where you can enjoy a wide panoramic view of the Berguedà.

Chris has been teaching Yoga internationally for many years – since 2016 he has been leading Yoga retreats in Barcelona, Ibiza and the surrounding area.
All its classes have a specific focus.
Chris teaches a fluid Yoga and combines Vinyasa with Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga and contemporary dance techniques.
Classes are taught in both English and Spanish (always adapting to the group of people taking part in the activity). The classes are suitable for all levels.
